A Taste of Yoga Nidra (audio only)

Yoga Nidra translates as yogic sleep. A typical Yoga Nidra practice can last around 30 minutes, but this is just a taste. This short practice will take you on a tour through your body, and its aim is to help you relax. If you like it, I encourage you to seek out a Yoga Nidra class in your area and attend!
