A Yoga Series
Ahhhh, Saturday mornings. Have your coffee. Read the paper. Play with the dog. Do some yoga in your own home! This Viniyoga series is open to all experience levels and all bodies. We will focus on gently stretching and strengthening the body, bringing ease to the nervous system, and relaxing the mind. You will finish class refreshed and ready for your weekend.

We will be meeting online via Zoom.
You will need a yoga mat and a blanket for this class. You might find a strap/non-stretchy belt, a block, and/or a bolster helpful if your muscles are very tight. We may also incorporate some of your furniture!
