A Yoga Series
Ahhhh, Saturday mornings. Have your coffee. Read the paper. Play with the dog. Come to yoga! This Viniyoga series is open to all experience levels and all bodies. We will focus on gently stretching and strengthening the body, bringing ease to the nervous system, and relaxing the mind. You will leave class refreshed and ready for your weekend!
