Yoga for All
If you're looking for some quiet self care from the comfort of your own home, you're in the right place! Commit to the six-week series or purchase on a class-by-class basis for this Viniyoga series that's open to all experience levels and all bodies. All classes are offered via Zoom. Each class is customized to the students who attend and will focus on gentle stretching and strengthening for the body and gentle calming for the nervous system. Adaptations can be offered for those who are newer to yoga or whose bodies require more care.
