Afternoon Delight: November 11
This purchase is for the November 11 session of Afternoon Delight. Class will take place from 2:15 - 3:45 Pacific at Twist Yoga, 122 5th Avenue South, Edmonds, WA 98020. The classroom will open around 2:00. Please bring your own mat. The studio provides bolsters, blocks, and straps.
If you are new to these classes, please complete this information sheet and liability waiver before you come to class.
