Befriending Your Body through Yoga, Level 1 (series)
This purchase is for the August 31 - October 12 session of Befriending Your Body through Yoga, Level 1. There will be no class on September 28. Classes will be online, Thursdays from 7:30 - 9:00 pm. You will need to provide a mat, a blanket/knee padding, and a tennis ball. A yoga strap (or non-stretchy belt) and cushion or pillow are strongly suggested. The class will open at 7:15, and practice begins at 7:30. We end at 9:00 pm. You will receive a separate email with your Zoom invitation and more details about the class prior to the start of the series.
In participating in these online yoga sessions, you acknowledge that any program of fitness/exercise involves a risk of injury and agree to accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during these classes. Your participation indicates that you are medically able to participate in this yoga program. You release and discharge Marcie Leek and Nourishing Breath Yoga from any claims or causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or connected with the yoga services provided.
